Off to visit a friend who just had a baby boy, so i thought I'd pull out the navy blue maxi in celebration. Ruby woo lipstick so i can smother him in kisses and a big gold cuff that i can take off easily because babies and bracelets don't go.

I will forever love grey marle, in T shirt form, in sweat pants form and in casual dress form. Today I took advantage of the weather and wore my grey marle dress with my chuck taylors, a vintage scarf, some silver bangles and my aviators for some attitude. I can always rely on my mac lipglass to punch up an outfit.

LIFE! whhoooo... life sure takes it out of you. I have the same usual reasons for not being able to post more often. I'm too busy with other things. I will say I've kept up to date with reading blogs but as for posting... hrmm not so much. What have I been up to?

* My children have started kindergarten & preschool so the 9:00am drop off and 3:00pm pick up are a part of my everyday regimen. Not a complaint because between those hours I either only have one child with me or NO kids with me... doesn't that sound lovely? and like i should have more free time? well yes and no. I have felt like i have more free time, to tend to house work. Now, i will actually have dinner ready at a reasonable hour. Now, the washing doesn't pile up as much as it used to. Now, I can't really say I don't have time to do everything because i almost, usually do have time.

* I've enrolled back into full time uni, via correspondence. I'll be diving head first into my B. of Arts, Majoring in Literature, does that not sound so romantic? I begin in May and I'm petrified that I will not have as much time as i want to really put into my uni work. I'm also freaked out that I haven't studied in so long and my vocab has shrunken like a wool jumper in a cold wash.

* I've been posting more frequently on YouTube. I somehow got 100 subscribers, decided to hold a give away and now I'm almost at 250! like WHAT? I'm thankful and kinda freaked out because now i feel like people might ACTUALLY be watching my videos. I will say the best part about youtube is 'meeting' or getting to know some awesome people out there, local and international. There is a lot of hate and negativity on youtube but that all gets pushed to the back when you get such lovely support from such lovely people. Check me out!

I can smell dinner on the stove so must cut this post short and feed the family, but hopefully I will be back soon! sooner than soon! xx
